Jan. 31st special event featuring Christopher Gonzalez, Kerry Maus & Brendan Simoens

Kerry Maus and WMLCC are excited to bring you this exciting opportunity to learn from these award winning instructors & choreographers:

ONE DAY ONLY, take line dancing lessons from instructors Chrisptopher Gonzalez, Brendan Simoens, and Kerry Maus at West Medicine Lake. This is an event for line dancers of all levels. All ages are welcome and encouraged!

Some of the more popular co/choreographed dances you would know:

Chris – K is for Kicks, Can’t Walk Away, and MORE!

Brendan – Stetson, Trapped in your Fantasy, and MORE!

Kerry – All Katchi, All Night Long, Do Me Like a Drug, Fall so Fast, 85, Until it Fades, Don’t Bring me Down, and MORE!

DATE: Saturday, January 31st, 2026 TIME: 1:00 – 5:00 & 7:00 – 11:00 pm
Dinner Break: 5:00 – 7:00 pm (Dinner is on your own and NOT included in the price.)

Can’t make it for the whole event? Purchase just one of the sessions for $30 each.

Tickets are limited to the first 130 registrations.

Sparkling water, bottled water & snacks will be for sale on site at the concession stand.

Doors open at 12:30 pm. Please arrive early to allow time for parking. ALSO PLEASE BE KIND TO OUR PARKING VOLUNTEERS.

Session 1: Afternoon Workshop – 1:00-5:00pm   All Levels
One room workshop for all levels of line dancers. Schedule TBA.

Dinner break 5:00-7:00pm (on your own)
There are many restaurants nearby the club that would love to have you dine at their establishments.

Session 2: Evening Social Dance: 7:00-11:00pm   All Levels
One hour of lessons & reviews from earlier that afternoon. Plus open line dancing to your requests!

  • Bring clean, dry, non-marking shoes to dance in — No wet shoes on the dance floor.
  • You can bring your own beverages (Please drink responsibly) and snacks, you can also a bring snack to share if you like.

INTERMEDIATE HOUR starts at 6:30 pm SHARP! Followed by Beginners at 7:30pm, Improvers at 8:30pm

$8.00 members, $10.00 non-members. Please bring exact change if paying with cash. Check, venmo (@WMLCC), or paypal (wmedlakecc@gmail.com) accepted. Just note in PayPal/Venmo which class it will be applied to.

You can now purchase, onsite, a PRE-PAID Punch Card for 8 classes! 

Sign in upon arrival and make a note of which payment method you used.

Anyone can become a member with a WMLCC membership fee of only $35 per year!

Please stay home if you are sick. And please no strong perfumes or colognes. Also be courteous to those around you and manage body odors.

Highway 55 in Plymouth will be closed between West Medicine Lake Drive and Revere Lane beginning Monday, June 16 and will remain closed through late fall.
Revere Lane is the light by Arby’s and Cub. There is a way around the back to get to West Med Drive. Please allow extra time to get to lessons.

Crafting and Game Retreat Day Saturday January 17th

Rent a Table Workshop- come work on your craft project(s) with other crafty people or bring a friend to craft with!

Want to learn to play (or just play) American Mah Jong? We will have 3 tables dedicated to learning/playing American Mah Jong.

We will also have a variety of other board/ dice games to play, come see what we have!

Details-

10am to 4pm

All day session $40

Half day session $20

Mah Jong 2 sessions  $20 each

coffee, tea, water, light snacks and a professionally prepared dessert will be provided. 

Please bring your own lunch
